Special Studio products are design to last. We want to assure our customers have confidence in the quality of products.
If a product breaks under normal use or is damaged in transit, we will replace the product free of charge as long as the material is returned. That material will be recycled into some new, restoring value and reducing waste.
Return & Reuse Programme
If you happen to finish using your object, return it and receive a credit toward any new Special Studio purchase.
Returned objects will be resold or recycled into new objects depending on the condition.
Due to the nature of current 3D printing technology, small mistakes are inevitable. To further reduce our need to waste perfectly good plastic, we offer blemished, but structurally sound and returned pieces at special prices.
How it Works
Proof of purchase required. Applies to any product purchased in store or online, through us or one of our stockists.
To make a return for credit, please contact us at hello@specialstudio.co along with some photos of the product, and we will send a confirmation email along with our return address.
